Cancellation Policy
FOILSBYOLIVE charges a 50% deposit when booking. The deposit made on your account goes toward the service(s) booked. If you cancel or no-show within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment it turns into a fee that you will not get back.
If rescheduled before the 24 hour period, your deposit will still go towards your booked service.
Please do your best to notify FOILSBYOLIVE in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment and she will gladly find a time to reschedule you.
